On  6  November 2009 at 9.00   hrs., Mr. Niruj  Uttha, President of the Council of Science and Technology Professionals  (CSTP)  chaired the opening of the 2009  Annual Council of Science and Technology Professional  Meeting   and  presented the award to the winner of  CSTP’logo design   at Department of Science Service.
