On 6 November 2009 at  Lamphun  Provincial Administrative Organization ,  Mr. Weerapong  Pairsuwan , Deputy Permanent Secretary,  Ministry of Science and Technology  chaired  the opening of the meeting to provide knowledge to the people and the agency in Lamphun,  Lampang, and Chiang  Mai  which join  “Recycle  Longan  Surplus  in 2003-2004 Project,  as well as to  demonstrate the machine used in the area.  More than  300 participants attended the meeting.
