August 10, 2009 at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr.Kungying Kalaya Sophonpanich officially opened the Sharing Experience Seminar on Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Practices among SMEs in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Prof. Dr. Chaivat Toskulkao, Deputy Permanent Secretary, attend the Talk  on “His Majesty King  Rama IV :  The  Talent for  Science and Technology” held on 18 August 2009 at the main hall, MOST.  The  speakers are Assoc. Prof. Boonrucksar Soonthornthum, Director of the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT) , Mrs. Kobkeao  Akarakupt,  Former Chief Inspector General, Mr. Aree  Swasdee, member  of  NARIT  board  and  Mr. Phoothorn  Phoomaton, historian.
